Employee training on the subject of load securing - delegation of duties and perception of duties will take place at the PHILIPPAKADEMIE. 

 

In this seminar, we provide comprehensive knowledge of the legal basis of load securing in public law, civil law and occupational safety law. Organization, duties, responsibilities, delegation and liability are the important topics here, which must always be considered in conjunction with each other.
Furthermore, we emphasize the physical basics of load securing, including the effects of forces in driving, mass forces, centrifugal force, friction force and center of gravity. We provide training on the requirements for transport vehicles and containers, how to determine the required securing forces, and what load-securing aids are available, such as securing nets, cover nets and tarpaulins.

 

This certified training also fulfills the entrepreneurial obligations according to DGUV regulation 1 § 4 "Instruction on mechanical hazards/road traffic".
