IMPACT SOUND INSULATION TECHNOLOGY FROM PAKON
Building physics requirements are also very important in precast construction. The focus here is on health protection for people, but also on increased demands for comfort. Sound insulation plays a major role in reducing unacceptable impairments. An extensive range of high-quality and coordinated system components is more than helpful here.
For 50 years now, we have been supplying you with products for transporting and installing concrete elements, including stairs and landings of all kinds.
The challenge here to offer high-quality installation parts for such constructions has always been and still is our claim. In order to provide you with a much wider range of products, we have found a partner in the company Pakon AG.
With this cooperation, we rise to become a total supplier of impact sound insulation systems and use this to offer a range of high-quality, mature products that are already established on the market. With this cooperation, synergy effects are used in your sense to obtain technically as well as price attractive solutions to achieve a high level of sound insulation.
OUR PAKON IMPACT SOUND INSULATION SYSTEMS AT A GLANCE
Impact sound insulation bearing
The impact sound insulation system is versatile and also suitable for straight and spiral prefabricated stairs. The variable system can be combined with different PHILIPP threaded anchors and thus offers numerous possibilities for different stair inclinations.

|
Pakon ISODORN HQW®
For the decoupling of (spiral) staircases and landings as well as loggias and access balconies, the ISODORN HQW® can be used universally and without further brackets in staircases of any design. The system is suitable for vertical
shear forces and can be extended by additional components such as height adjustment, tie bar, increased mounting distances up to 120 mm and much more.
Features: |
|
Sound-ISOBOX TSB®
The Schall-ISOBOX TSB® is versatile and suitable for use in staircases and, in particular, for connecting in-situ concrete and precast landings to staircase walls of any design. The system can be individually extended with bearing elements to transfer loads in up to three directions. The type-tested box only requires a reinforcement cage within a bracket and no further installation parts.
Features: |
|
Impact sound panel Type NF
The impact sound panel type NF is used for the acoustic decoupling of stair flights or landings with bracket strips. The concrete elements can be made of in-situ concrete or as precast elements. The impact sound plate can easily be adapted to different geometric shapes of the concrete elements on site by cutting. The special type NF-VH can also be used to transfer horizontal loads from planned stresses.

|
Impact sound panel Type NB
The impact sound plate type NB is used for the acoustic decoupling of a stair base or a landing from the floor slab. The impact sound plate can be easily adapted to various geometric shapes of the stair base on site by means of cutting. The actual element to be decoupled can be made of in-situ concrete or as a precast element.
Features: |
|
Stairpin PD
The stair dowel PD is used on the one hand to structurally secure the position of concrete elements and on the other hand to provide acoustic decoupling at the base of the stairs. The dowel can be used in precast and in-situ concrete stairs and is available in is available in galvanized and stainless steel versions.
Features: |
|
Stair base angle PD-H
The PD-H type is a steel angle with an elastomeric bearing on top, which enables the transfer of horizontal loads from planned loads between the base of the staircase and the floor or ceiling slab.
Features: |
|
Impact sound insulation panel type NL
The impact sound slab type NL is used to form the joint between stairs or landings and the staircase walls without sound bridges. The concrete elements can be made of in-situ concrete or as precast elements. The panels are self-adhesive and consist of PE foam panels that have no load-bearing effect. The impact sound panel can easily be adapted to different shapes of the staircase by cutting on site.
